Our air conditioning unit gave out on Christmas Eve. Mark was the first person to answer his phone after ringing multiple companies. From then on every person I dealt with has been exceptional. Richard and a mate did the work and were always tidy, polite and up front with what was needed. Definitely one of the better companies I have dealt with in BOP and would recommend them. We live in Papamoa, they came from Katikati and still arrived on time at 8am in the morning!!

His quote to install a small reverse cycle Air Conditioner in our cabin/pod was very reasonable. He was able to install a small Fujitsu unit which we are very happy with.
